Joysin Limited manufactures plastic cosmetic tubes, PET and PE bottles, cream jars, airless bottles and glass jars in Guangdong, China. These are the questions international buyers ask most when requesting a quotation.

1. What is your MOQ and lead time for plastic tubes and bottles?

Our usual MOQ is 10,000 pcs per item, with about 30 days of lead time after sample approval and deposit. Larger quantities and repeat orders can be scheduled to fit your launch plan.

2. What are your payment terms?

Our usual terms are T/T: 50% deposit with the balance before shipment. Sample cost is usually paid by PayPal, and sample cost is refundable against a mass-production order.

3. What is your color standard?

Our color standard is the tube or bottle sample you provide. If you do not have a physical color sample, we use the Pantone code as the color standard.

4. How do you pack the products?

Standard packing is a large PE bag inside and a carton outside for plastic cosmetic tubes; for plastic bottles and jars, individual PP bags, then a large PE bag, then cartons. Custom packing is available on request.

5. Do you support custom moulding for exclusive bottle or tube designs?

Yes. We have an extensive range of standard tube, bottle and jar moulds, and we can also develop custom moulds for exclusive designs with a low cost of entry. Concept design, tool making and production are handled in-house.

6. Which materials can you produce?

We produce PET, HDPE, LDPE, MDPE and PE items, including imported eco-friendly recycled material grades, plus acrylic (PMMA/AS) airless bottles and cream jars, and glass jars.

7. Can you print our logo and artwork on the packaging?

Yes. We offer silk-screen printing, hot stamping, labeling, and matte or glossy finishes, plus in-house artwork support so the decoration matches your brand guidelines.

8. Do you supply recycled or eco-friendly material options?

Yes. As per customer requirements we use imported eco-friendly recycled material, and all PE material and PET preforms are inspected by our QC department before mass production.

9. What is your quality control process?

There are five steps: material inspection, QC spot checks every 30 minutes during production, full self-test by the group leader at every process, 100% inspection of finished products before delivery, and collection of customer feedback after shipment with written improvement plans.

10. Which countries do you export to?

We have served customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Netherlands, Greece, France, Italy and other export markets.

11. How do I get a quotation?
