Joysin Limited manufactures high-quality plastic tubes, plastic bottles, airless bottles and jars for skincare, body care, hair care, personal care and hotel amenities. We have more than ten years of production experience and export to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Netherlands, Greece, France and Italy, among other markets.

We hold an extensive range of standard tube, bottle and jar moulds, and we can also develop custom moulds for exclusive designs at a low cost of entry. Concept design, tool making, production, artwork and decoration are carried out in-house, so we control quality, timing and cost at every step.

What We Manufacture

  • Plastic cosmetic tubes – HDPE, LDPE and MDPE squeeze tubes from 30ml to 500ml, with flip-top, screw, disc-top, pump or applicator closures.
  • Plastic bottles – PET and PE bottles for lotion, shampoo, toner, hair dye and personal care, in custom neck sizes, colors and closures.
  • Cream jars – plastic and acrylic jars from 5g to 300g for face cream, eye cream and body butter.
  • Airless bottles – airless pump bottles for serum, essence, lotion and foundation.
  • Glass jars – glass jars for cream and cosmetic formulas, with plastic or metal lids.
