QC

Quality control at Joysin covers every stage from incoming material to after-sales feedback. Our QC team inspects raw material, monitors production, tests each process and inspects finished goods before shipment, so plastic tubes, PET and PE bottles and jars arrive ready for filling.

1. Material Inspection

All PE material and PET bottle preforms are strictly inspected by our QC department. Only clean, compliant material is released for mass production. As per customer requirements we use imported eco-friendly recycled material.

2. In-Process Spot Checks Every 30 Minutes

Every half hour, QC staff take random samples from each process and run tests, recording the results. This finds deviations early and reduces scrap rate and loss.

3. Self-Test at Every Process

The group leader at each process performs a full test of their own line, so defective parts do not pass to the next process. Our production manager evaluates every process leader.

4. 100% Inspection Before Delivery

Before shipment, QC performs strict inspection of the finished products against the agreed standard. Only when the whole batch of tubes, bottles or jars is qualified are the goods shipped.

5. Customer Feedback After Delivery

After clients receive the goods we collect their feedback. If there are complaints or problems, we analyse them immediately, write a formal improvement plan and send it to the customer, so quality keeps improving through the partnership.

Testing and Documentation

We test appearance, capacity, wall thickness, neck fit, decoration adhesion and air tightness as applicable to each item, and can supply inspection records with the shipment on request.
